Charge Nurse Curriculum

8 hours -

This course provides review of the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to ensure effective and successful execution of the charge nurse role.  Challenges and resolutions of repetitive problems will be featured.  A combination of traditional didactic modules supplemented with small group discussion, individual assignments for registrants who present to the group, and role modeling of supervisory situations are provided.
