Continuing Education This class is for Certified Nursing Assistants. The course meets Title 22 requirements for the Certified Nursing Assistant. This class will cover: Prevention and Control of Infections, Fire Prevention and Safety, Accident Prevention and Safety Measures, Patient Rights and Civil Rights. The course also covers Patients with Dementia, Interpersonal Relationships and Communication Skills. Problems and Needs of the Aged; Chronically Ill; Acutely Ill and Disabled Patients, Confidentiality of Patient Information, Preservation of Patient Dignity, including provisions for privacy.
