Leadership

A training course of 20 hours in five 4 hour segments.

This course outlines the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to ensure effective and successful introduction into the supervisory ranks of emergency medical services.  A combination of traditional didactic modules supplemented with group interactive discussions, supplemented by address management and supervisory skills.
